Before you get started:
- Customer Access Number (CAN): The 10-digit number used to log in to Internet Banking.
- Registered Mobile Phone Number: We’ll send you an SMS to verify your identity, so make sure to use the mobile phone number registered with BOQ.
- Access to a Desktop Computer or Browser: You’ll need access to a desktop computer or browser to set a new password for Internet Banking.
- Business Customers: If you’re a business customer, please visit a BOQ Branch or call us to reset your password.
What to expect:
You’ll need to provide your Customer Access Number (CAN), your name, date of birth, and mobile number. This allows us to verify your identity.
Privacy and Security: Rest assured, we take your privacy seriously and adhere to our Privacy Policy to keep your information secure.
SMS Verification: We’ll send you an SMS to verify your mobile phone number.
Temporary Password: Once verified, you’ll receive a Temporary Password that you can use to log in to Internet Banking.
